Head-on MVA
The Bethany Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on May 24, 2006 on Sandy Cross Road. Upon arrival, a two-car, head-on collision was found. Two patients were assessed and treated. Other assisting agencies included: Rockingham Co. Sheriff’s Office, NCSHP, and RCEMS.
