Working Structure Fire - January 4, 2008
The Bethany Fire Department responded mutual aid to
assist the Huntsville Fire Department with a reported
structure fire on January 4, 2008. Upon arrival, heavy
flames and smoke were visible. An offensive operation
was initiated along with search and rescue
operations. Bethany Fire Department assisted with fire
attack, water supply, and salvage operations. Other
assisting agencies included: Stokesdale Fire Department,
Jacobs Creek Fire Department, Rockingham County Fire
Marshals Office, and the Rockingham County Sheriffs
