Tractor-trailer Fire
On Feb. 16, 2010, Bethany units responded with mutual
aid companies to Smothers Road at NC 704 for a
tractor-trailer fire. E142 and Chief 140, along with
several volunteers, responded from Bethany. Shiloh FD
reported "working fire" upon their arrival. E142 was
placed in stand-by if needed for water supply. Bethany
personnel performed vertical ventilation on the trailer.
Trailer was filled with boxed furniture. Bethany
personnel assisted with unloading of products and
loading them onto an empty trailer. |
