Fully Involved House
Bethany, Summerfield, Stokesdale, and Monroeton Fire
units responded to a residential structure fire on the
morning of May 2nd on Bobcat Rd. in the Bethany
Community. Upon arrival the structure was fully involved
and the first arriving engine dropped two 1-3/4" lines
and one 2-1/2" line. Mutual aid tankers were used in a
water shuttle and mutual aid manpower was used to assist
in fire attack and overhaul. The fire was a defensive
fire from the beginning and no occupants were in the
building at the time of the fire. |
