Structure Fire
On December 14, 2009, Bethany FD responded to a
structure fire on second alarm along with Huntsville FD,
Madison FD, Mayodan FD, Jacob's Creek FD, and Shiloh FD
on Bald Hill Loop Road in Madison. Upon arrival, Jacob's
Creek FD reported heavy smoke and fire showing. Jacob's
Creek and Huntsville firefighters made an initial attack
and successfully knocked down the fire. No persons were
at home at time of fire. Bethany firefighters assisted
with overhaul and salvage. Rockingham County Fire
Marshal's Office responded and made an initial
investigation. No word on what started the fire. |
